Last week, a conservative federal judge in Texas struck down the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program — the same judge who reached the same decision back in 2021.

This decision is absolutely unacceptable and threatens the futures of hundreds of thousands of young people who came to this country as children and grew up as Americans. Congress must take immediate action.

The Dream Act of 2023 (S. 365) would finally provide Dreamers, Temporary Protected Status holders, and Deferred Enforced Departure recipients a path to citizenship and protect them from being torn away from their jobs and families.

Send a message to your senators urging them to support permanent immigrant protections!

DACA gave undocumented young people much-deserved autonomy and peace. They should be able to keep it.
