About the job
As the Deschutes Estuary Restoration Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Special Assistant to the Director within the Director's Office. In this role, you will be the Chief Project Support Specialist for the Deschutes Estuary Restoration project, working closely with the Facilities Professional Services division and other operations divisions to ensure compliance with public works statutes and authorities. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day project coordination for the complex design and permitting process and future project construction of the estuary restoration. You will also be responsible for the production of complex reports, coordination, and facilitation of diverse groups, including agency management, boards, commissions, elected officials, project work groups, consultant teams, and project stakeholders. This is a ten-year project employment position, dedicated to providing technical and planning support throughout the duration of the Deschutes Estuary Restoration project.
