*2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) *

Skagit County, as Lead Agency for the Skagit/Island/Whatcom HOME Consortium, has prepared an annual report to HUD outlining accomplishments and progress towards consolidated plan goals.  

The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10:45 am to review the 2022 CAPER and receive public comment. The public hearing will also be available by telephone, broadcast online, and will be telecast live on Comcast Channel 21. 

Copies of the draft plan may be downloaded from Skagit County's website [ [link removed] ]. Written comments may also submitted through Thursday, September 28 to Madeleine Anthony, Skagit County Public Health, 700 S. Second Street Room 301, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 or [email protected].
