*2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) *
Skagit County, as Lead Agency for the Skagit/Island/Whatcom HOME Consortium, has prepared an annual report to HUD outlining accomplishments and progress towards consolidated plan goals.
The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10:45 am to review the 2022 CAPER and receive public comment. The public hearing will also be available by telephone, broadcast online, and will be telecast live on Comcast Channel 21.
