It’s been a year since President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law and because of its historic investments in climate action, South Carolina is receiving over $2.6 billion to boost renewable energy and lower energy costs -- creating good-paying jobs while doing it. Those jobs are largely going to low-income communities [[link removed]] in red and purple states. [[link removed]] Because Bidenomics lifts up everyone -- no matter where you live or who you vote for.
Jim wrote an op-ed about the Biden Administration’s efforts to address the student debt crisis [[link removed]] -- despite the Supreme Court’s decision to block their loan forgiveness plan -- by making repayment more affordable, suspending penalties for missed payments, and reforming the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
