I'm the representative from Illinois’ 13th district, Nikki Budzinski. With the quarter winding down, Senator Durbin asked me to reach out and tell you a bit about why your support is so important to powering our work in Congress.

Last year, this team won an incredibly competitive race and helped me make history as the first woman elected to represent this district — which just also happens to be part of the district Senator Durbin represented when he served in the House of Representatives.

I’m grateful to have Senator Durbin’s leadership in Congress as we work on making progress for Illinois families, but with MAGA Republicans looking to roll back our efforts at every turn, we can’t keep up this fight without grassroots support.
