Last night, we had a stellar Silver State Updates show featuring a video
from Congresswoman Dina Titus and Congressman Steven Horsford 👏. Each of
them spoke about Public Lands Day and the need to address climate issues

We were also joined by Washoe County Commissioner Alexis Hill who
discussed efforts in northern Nevada to move to clean energy and combat
climate change. Other speakers [ [link removed] ]focused on the issues facing BIPOC
communities and the disproportionate impact of climate change on these
community members. 

This episode of Silver State Updates is part of events celebrating Public
Lands Day 2023. Saturday, there will be a park cleanup and press
conference featuring elected officials and advocates. Congresswoman Dina
Titus will be speaking at the in-person press conference happening at
Craig Ranch Regional Park in Las Vegas. You can attend Public Lands Day
