John,
No one should have to fear gun violence while at work, in school, or in prayer, but mass shootings have disturbingly become a normal part of daily life in the United States.
In light of our country’s gun violence epidemic, many states have passed commonsense gun reform, like red flag laws that remove firearms from those at risk of committing harm, ban concealed carry, and prevent firearms in certain public places like libraries, schools, airports, and places of worship in order to save lives and protect communities.
Unfortunately, courts are blocking some of these laws from taking effect, protecting the gun industry more than our children and families.
No state should be prevented from doing what it can to protect its residents and save lives from gun violence. If you agree, add your name to our petition today →

Our children deserve to grow up in a world better – safer – than this. That’s why it’s imperative that states can pass laws to protect communities from the deadly epidemic of gun violence.
Thanks for building the public pressure needed to save lives and stop gun violence.
