DEMOCRATIC NEWS - ROAD TRIP TO VICTORY TOUR
The Oklahoma Democratic Party’s “Road Trip to Victory” is an 8-day-long adventure covering much of the state. The purpose is to register new Democrats, energize County Parties, and engage one-on-one with rural Oklahoma Democrats to get them more involved.
Various Democratic leaders from Oklahoma will travel some or all of the trip, with the Chair and Executive Director making 12 stops, most of them in rural areas. The Road Trip to Victory is a response to the requests of rural Dems. The aim is to show them that the Party values every Democrat, no matter where in Oklahoma they may live, work, or go to school.
The itinerary takes into account the needs of working people, so most rally stops will coincide with lunchtime or early in the evening. These events are all open to the public and participation is important to make this effort succeed. See the tour itinery HERE.

Without an Impeachment Investigation, Public Education Remains in Danger
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, — September 15, 2023 – The Oklahoma Democratic Party is disappointed that Leader McCall refuses to put together an investigative committee on the impeachment of Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters.
“McCall’s excuse for not allowing the committee is not based on sound reasoning,” stated Alicia Andrews, Chair of the Oklahoma Democratic Party. “Our constitution does not require that a person commit a crime to be impeached. Rather, willful neglect of duty and corruption while in office, conditions that Walters has already met, can be grounds for impeachment. Read more...
