As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the HR Service Delivery Manager and play a crucial role in advancing the HR Division's mission. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and professional expertise within the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring seamless services to our valued customers and stakeholders. This role involves analyzing and processing HRMS actions and associated documentation, as well as consulting with DES and small agency clients to ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, policies, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). Collaborating closely with other teams within HR, along with Payroll and Budget teams, you will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of consistent, accurate, and timely support for all our customers.
