I’ll be honest with you, I love doing laundry. The smell of freshly clean clothes and being able to find the time to do my chores is rejuvenating.

There is another laundry list I need to get behind, and it’s three reasons why we need to build a strong Democratic coalition. ⬇️

1. Michigan is a battleground state. Republicans are targeting competitive seats and have already pledged to spend boatloads of money here to enforce their extreme agenda.

2. There are a variety of issues on the line. Between abortion rights, climate change, gun violence and more, the GOP votes against working class families every. single. time.

3. Democrats know how to deliver results for Americans. Affordable education, updated infrastructure, green investments, etc. are policies we’ve accomplished under the Biden Administration, and with Democratic leadership, we’ll keep going.

Republican policies are nothing but one dirty laundry basket, and it’s going to take a lot of resources to send the GOP packing for good.
