Attorney General Merrick Garland is the most political Attorney General in history.
Under Merrick Garland, the DOJ and FBI have:
→ Declined to hand over their FD 1023 form to Congress, the form prepared when informants accused Joe Biden of accepting a $5 million bribe from a Ukranian national.
→ Refused to confirm the existence of tape recordings of conversations between the Ukrainian national and Hunter and Joe Biden.
→ Shielded the White House from being questioned about the millions of dollars that allegedly flowed to Joe Biden.
It is unacceptable for the DOJ to run political and legal cover for the Bidens.

Remember: Now we know that two senior career IRS employees have alleged that Merrick Garland deliberately and directly interfered in the Hunter Biden investigation.
If that’s true, Merrick Garland lied under oath and committed multiple felonies.
In the interest of the rule of law, the DOJ must appoint a special counsel to investigate Garland and EXPOSE the truth in this case. The GOP-led House should also open impeachment inquiries into Garland to determine if he should be removed from office.
