You're invited to join us for the second of two open houses in September on Saturday, September 23^rd from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. about the 2024 Update to Snohomish County?s Comprehensive Plan.

The open house will focus on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which was published on September 6th, and three potential Future Land Use Maps (FLUMs). The focus of the open house will be on these documents, but please bring any questions you may have on the 2024 Update.

If you are unable to join, you may view a recording of the presentation that was given on September 12^th covering the same materials on the Snohomish County YouTube channel here, and a recording of the September 23^rd presentation will also be posted online.

10:00 - 10:30 a.m.: Open House

These resources provide additional information on how to make comments on the potential FLUMs to help Planning and Development Staff make recommendations and, ultimately, for the County Council to select a preferred alternative.

Please note that the public hearing for the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update with the Planning Commission will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023, and there will be further opportunity to make comments at that time. The hearing date may be extended to October 25 and 26 for additional comments depending on time and volume of comments.
