The Neighborhood Housing Initiatives Division (NHID) of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is pleased to announce the availability of $20 million in funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development?s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for the creation of housing activities that benefit low- and moderate-income households.?
