Our House Judiciary Committee hearing today will examine how the Justice
Department has become dangerously politicized under the leadership of Attorney
General Merrick Garland.The American people deserve answers and accountability.

Merrick Garland has abused the department to pursue political agendas, sue
conservative states over local policy, and raid the home of President Biden’s
main political opponent. Garland’s Department is also obstructing the Hunter
Biden investigation and impeding the House’s impeachment inquiry into President
Biden.

Garland has been such an abject failure that recent polls show just 35% of
Americans now have a positive view of the DOJ. When the American people lose
faith in our system of justice it jeopardizes our stability as a country.This
is very serious business.

And as a leading member of the Judiciary Committee and a Constitutional law
attorney, I’m working hard to uncover these abuses and bring real
accountability, despite the pushback and threats I receive from the radical
Left.
