Will Thibeau, Director of the American Military Project at Claremont’s Center for the American Way of Life (CAWL), will testify today before the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel in a special hearing on “Meritocracy in the Military Services: Accession, Promotion, and Command Selection.”
