🔵: Federal judges in Arizona have now struck down parts of Arizona's omnibus voter suppression bill — House Bill 2492. And while Republicans are sure to appeal the ruling, this is a WIN for Democracy in the Grand Canyon State.

🔵:  And in Texas, Democrats' valiant efforts to oppose the Lone Star State's massive voter suppression bill — Senate Bill 1 — have landed in Federal Court this week. Now, voting rights advocates will have the chance to challenge the some of the Nation's most egregious Republican overreaches.

🔵: And in Alabama, Republicans' effort to ignore a Supreme Court ruling demanding a second majority Black congressional district in the state has been forcefully rebuffed by a three-judge panel in Federal court. “We are deeply troubled that the State enacted a map that the State readily admits does not provide the remedy we said federal law requires,” the Judges wrote.  

John, make no mistake: these are MAJOR victories for voting rights in America — and they are PROOF that when we stand together against Republican voter suppression measures, we win.

But our work is not finished, and we still need your help. We're projecting a need to raise $50,000 for our Voter Mobilization Fund so we can continue registering critical new voters ahead of the 2024 Election.
