John,

As our kids and grandkids prepare to head back to school across the country, their religious liberty is a continual focus of the ACLJ.

For more than three decades, I have been working to ensure that the religious liberty of students is not infringed. We've won landmark decisions over the years at the Supreme Court, including allowing Bible clubs to meet in public schools.

At the ACLJ, this is what we've been known for. And while you may not hear about as many of these cases, we are still on the front lines today.

Recently, when a school principal confiscated the Bible of a young 4th grader and told him he could not read it during recess or meet with other Christians, we stepped in. The school immediately backed down, and today this student is free to read his Bible as he heads back to school.

Whether it is prayer and Bible clubs in school or students' Bibles being confiscated, the ACLJ is there.

We're defending the religious liberty of students nationwide. And if you know a student who needs help, we are here.

But these students also need your voice, and they need your prayer. As our kids and grandkids head back to class, pray for them, their teachers, and their schools. And take action with the ACLJ as we defend religious liberty.
