Wisconsin is no stranger to close elections. Four of the last six presidential races in our state have been decided by less than a single point. And after pouring $77 million into the state, Republicans won Wisconsin’s Senate race last year by just 1%.

So as the GOP looks to flip the two seats they need to reclaim the majority and hand the gavel over to Mitch McConnell, you better believe they’ve got their eyes on my race in Wisconsin. They’ll do and spend whatever it takes to flip my seat.

With Republican leaders threatening everything from Social Security cuts to a national abortion ban, we can’t allow them to take my seat and the Senate majority with it. But it’s no secret this could be my toughest and most expensive race yet, and the hard truth is that Republicans could easily squeak by here and win if we do nothing to stop them.
