I just left our morning meeting and wanted to make sure you were filled in. Right now, energy is high among our staff.

This weekend, yet again, we over-performed during the Convention Delegate Caucuses. Turns out, beating a 40-year incumbent is tough. But we don't play by their rules. We're not pushing party insiders to the polls - we're bringing in new faces and communities that have been shut out of the process far too long. And we're making an impact.

This is all on the heels of a big debate win by Joe. He's so fired up. During the car ride home last Tuesday, he couldn't stop talking about the 300+ supporters that gathered outside the debate, holding signs, cheering in the pouring rain, the reactions online, and the messages from folks like you that get our emails.

February is usually a slump month. But not for the Kennedy campaign. We're just getting started.
