Hi John, I’m Rachel Griffin Accurso — although you (or your kids) might know me as Ms. Rachel.
When my own son had a speech delay, I had a hard time finding resources to help him. As I found things that worked for us, I began making videos to spread awareness and help more families like ours. Turns out, there are a lot of families that need a little extra support.
It’s been an incredible journey seeing the impact on children and families all around the world. I’m committed to expanding this work and doing anything I can to help all kids get the support they need to succeed. That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that I’m joining Save the Children as their newest ambassador!
I’ve been impressed with Save the Children’s work for as long as I can remember — from their early learning and school feeding programs here in the United States to their emergency response efforts across the globe. They’re truly committed to making our world a better place for every child and fighting systemic issues that affect generations of children — and so am I.
