State Loan and Investment Board Meeting Dates Set to Consider American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Applications for Inflationary Costs Related to Health and Human Services Projects and Local Government Projects

At its regular meeting on October 5, 2023, the State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) will consider grant applications certified as complete for inflationary costs related to ARPA eligible Health and Human Services (HHS) capital construction projects approved by the SLIB in 2022. The meeting will convene at 8:00 a.m. in the Capitol Complex Auditorium.

Additionally, at a special meeting on November 2, 2023, the SLIB will consider grant applications certified as complete for ARPA eligible Local Government Projects, including funding reserved for infrastructure related to unmet affordable housing needs. The special meeting will convene at 8:00 a.m. in the Capitol Complex Auditorium.

In order to accommodate participation by the public, the SLIB meetings will be held in a ?hybrid? format. The meetings will convene in-person in the Capitol Complex Auditorium, and via web conference. For in-person attendance, the Auditorium is located on the lower level of the Capitol Complex and can be accessed via the Herschler Building located at 122 West 25th Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Members of the public requesting to appear virtually via web conference will have an opportunity to request a Zoom link from the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) when the meeting dates get closer. Of course, the meetings will also be live-streamed on the YouTube application for public viewing.

Additional information concerning these SLIB meetings will be available on the OSLI website lands.wyo.gov as the meeting dates approach.

Please be aware that with the high volume of public comment expected at these SLIB Meetings, a time limit may be imposed for each speaker in order to ensure that all parties who wish to speak may be heard.
