Hi folks,
I’m Congressman Hank Johnson. I represent Georgia’s 4th District outside Atlanta, and I want to quickly tell you how much my friend Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse is doing in Congress to repair the credibility of the Supreme Court.
Together, Sheldon and I are spearheading the effort in Congress to create a code of conduct for justices and increase transparency on the Court. Will you please split a contribution between our two campaigns to show your support for the work we’re doing to reform the Court?

Supreme Court justices should be held to the same accountability standards we demand from every other federal judge and every other senior government official.
That’s why Sheldon and I introduced the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act — to establish an enforceable code of conduct for justices, require transparency in justices’ recusal decisions, and improve disclosures to eliminate conflicts of interest.
No one is above the law. Not former president Donald Trump or justices that flout the law like Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
Friend, I’m asking you to join our effort to bring accountability to the Court by splitting a contribution between Sheldon and me today. Your gift will power our campaigns so we can keep our focus on passing the SCERT Act and creating a code of conduct for Supreme Court justices → [link removed]
