Judge Blackburn Reinstates Burn Ban
Belton, TX ? The Bell County Commissioners Court approved to reinstate the Bell County Burn Ban effective Monday, September 18, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. - until Monday, October 2, 2023.
The Court will continue to monitor the weather conditions for the next few days and will consider the status of the burn ban.
Violation of the Burn Ban is a Class C Misdemeanor, punishable by a fine up to $500.
Citizens are urged to use extreme caution and responsible judgment.
