In case you missed it, the news broke late last week that Lauren Boebert was escorted out of a theater in Denver last Sunday after multiple complaints of loud, rude behavior, vaping, and recording the production.

Boebert of course denied every allegation, in particular categorically denying that she had vaped.

But as most rational people know by now, there is almost always video. And what the video showed is far worse than was originally reported:

Naturally, the tape from the venue directly contradicted every denial Boebert issued, including that she had not vaped. She had vaped, openly, and rudely exhaled vapor (or whatever was in the device) all over the people sitting in front of her.

More disturbing is what is pictured above: Boebert and her date vigorously and explicitly groping each other during the show.

Now, we're not prudes. But when any Member of Congress is this disrespectful to others in public, brazenly flouts social norms, and even laws, and then proceeds to lie about all of it—especially when they engage in sexual conduct in public around children—they should absolutely resign. They are not fit for public office.

Boebert of course won't resign. The most we've gotten is a weak apology in which she admits to "falling short" of her values. Actually, this seems perfectly in line with your values, Lauren.
