This movement is growing fast, much of that thanks to Chloe’s help. Let’s give her a big thank you!

Hey friend—today is my campaign manager’s 30th birthday!

My campaign manager Chloe is one of my best friends, has worked with me on every campaign I’ve ever run, and joins me several times a week to go door-to-door and talk to constituents in our neighborhood.

Today we’re out canvassing again, but I promised her that for every new donation we got on her birthday I’d thank her with a scoop of ice cream after our sweltering canvasses in this late-summer heat.

Can you pitch in $30 for Chloe’s 30th birthday, in our campaign for CA district 30?

Our campaign is very grassroots, relying almost exclusively on ordinary small-dollar donors like me and you. We believe in a government of the people, and we need working-class representation in Congress if we want conditions to improve for working people in this country.

We have a huge base of enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers—sign up here if you’d like to join us!—and Chloe has been our most dedicated since day one.

Ideally, I’d like to be able to pay her for her time. The campaign is almost in a financial position where we can do that—with your help.

Let’s build this movement for racial and economic justice, universal healthcare, environmental justice, and responsive, people-centric representation in Los Angeles and across the country.

In solidarity,

Maebe Pudlo
