The fight against Supreme Court corruption is heating up.

Today, the Stand Up America team joined Representative Hank Johnson (GA-4) as he reintroduced the Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act. This legislation would impose 18-year term limits on the Court’s justices—an important step alongside ethics reform and investigations to battle the Supreme Court’s corruption problem.

Members of the House of Representatives are stepping up to hold the Supreme Court accountable. It’s time for the Senate to do the same. Sign our petition to demand Senate Judiciary Chair Dick Durbin investigate Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer hold a full Senate vote on Supreme Court ethics.

The highest Court in the land hands down decisions that will impact the American people for generations to come. And we can’t just sit idly by while justices with a lifetime appointment openly (brazenly! constantly!) flout bare-minimum ethical standards.

What exactly are we demanding Senators Dick Durbin and Chuck Schumer do? Take a look:

✅ Initiate hearings investigating Justices Thomas and Alito’s unethical and illegal conduct
✅ Subpoena Harlan Crow and other MAGA-supporting billionaires buying off justices
✅ Hold a full Senate vote on a Supreme Court code of ethics

The Senate has been lollygagging on this issue for too long. It’s time to demand action. Add your name today and urge our leaders to get moving on reining in this corrupt Supreme Court. In October, we’ll deliver every signature to the Senate in person to make sure they know where we stand.
