Across the country, we’ve seen a massive surge in voter suppression efforts in spite of historic voter turnout.

When voters flipped Georgia blue in 2020 for the first time since 1992 — something that was only made possible after years of organizing throughout local communities and voter registration efforts — Republicans immediately pointed to baseless conspiracy theories and launched an outright assault against our fair and free elections. This voter registration purge is yet another example of these dangerous tactics in action.
