The Ohio House and Senate Democrats just announced the maps that they are proposing for Ohio State Legislature redistricting this year. The maps are fair and representative of not only how Ohio votes but ensure we keep similar communities and neighborhoods together. These maps really prove that we can draw districts that are not gerrymandered.

So, what's next?
Ohio Republicans need to call a meeting of the Ohio Redistricting Commission. Currently, they're fighting over who will chair the commission, a largely ceremonial role.
That's why it's so important Leaders Antonio (D-Lakewood) and Russo (D-Upper Arlington) are presenting maps. Democrats want to get to work while Republicans are stonewalling!
