Record heat and we get no water. No heat breaks.
No fair wages & benefits.
TELL CONGRESS IT'S NOT RIGHT >>

Hi John,
Record heat scorched the country this summer, and when temperatures hit triple digits at airports in Phoenix, Texas, and Southern California, the tarmac made it feel close to 120 degrees.
And because our bosses don't give us real water breaks, the heat does more than make us sweat - it slows our brains and overwhelms us. Baggage handlers and cabin cleaners like me have had to go to the hospital even if we can't afford to pay for healthcare.
Today, airport service workers -- from the curb to the cabin -- are coming together across the country to say they've had enough. It's time to fix this system for workers AND in turn for travelers. Show you're with us and tell Congress to act now >>

Like other workers across the country taking action, we're FED UP. We're FED UP with dangerous conditions that are getting worse every year. We're FED UP with no affordable health care or paid time off for a sick day. We're FED UP with how overwhelmingly Black, brown, and immigrant workers keep our air travel system secure and operational but are still paid the least. We're DONE with corporate greed, and now we're fighting back.
Taxpayers spend billions of dollars to keep airports running, but it's the corporations that continue to cut costs and push workers to the brink in order to maximize their profits and give their CEOs big bonuses. It's outrageous that the workers that actually keep us all moving in airports are expected to work in life-threatening heat without access to water or adequate breaks just to earn poverty wages.
But Congress can make a difference. There's an important vote coming up on policies that would help ensure airport service workers, who have braved record heat this summer, are paid fair wages and benefits for the essential services they provide to travelers.
Amplify our call to Congress to include Good Jobs for Good Airports wages and benefits standards for airport service workers in the FAA Reauthorization >>

Bad pay, bad benefits, and bad conditions mean bad jobs, which also means a bad experience for customers. It's not just airports -– this is true for fast-food restaurants, hospitals, coffee shops, factories, and movie sets. That's why so many of us workers across the country and across sectors have been rising up and demanding change.
This is how we make change happen for airport service workers. Tell Congress that good airports start with good jobs NOW!
