I asked for donations of old furniture because, to be honest, I didn’t want to spend your hard-earned dollars on fancy chairs or whatever. That’s not what we’re about. Leaders We Deserve is all-in on our mission to elect young leaders across America, so we’re going to spend as much of our budget on that mission as possible. P.S. You might be wondering why I was wearing a suit moving furniture in 95F. The day we got to move in I had a meeting at the White House, so in the middle of my U-Hauling around D.C., I had to go to that meeting, and then continue moving our stuff up several stories. (I need to find a good dry cleaner in D.C.)
