Attorney General Ken Paxton Acquitted on All Charges, Returns to Work for the Great State of Texas
For the entirety of this sham impeachment process, our messaging never wavered. The Texas House leadership
deliberately misused the impeachment process and pressured Republicans to join a Democrat effort to subvert the will of Texas voters and overturn the
election of one of most conservative AGs in the United States.
That’s not only wrong, it’s un-American. Thanks to a fair trial in the Texas Senate, though, Paxton has been acquitted on
ALL charges and returned to the AG’s office this week to continue fighting for the great state of Texas.

Because of this sham impeachment, AG Paxton was removed from office for nearly four months, leaving
Texas without its top conservative litigator. In that time, Democrat judges successfully prevented three of our Legislative Priority bills
protecting children from going into effect.

from dangerous practices like gender mutilation, reading porn at school, or viewing sexually explicit drag shows should not be controversial —
but of course, the Looney Left disagrees. Fellow patriots, this is exactly why Texas needs a strong attorney general: to defend our
state’s conservative laws from the Radical Left’s attacks.
