I asked for donations of old furniture because, to be honest, I didn’t want to spend your hard-earned dollars on fancy chairs or whatever. That’s not what we’re about. Leaders We Deserve is all-in on our mission to elect young leaders across America, so we’re going to spend as much of our budget on that mission as possible. And we’re proud to have Southern Progress' support in this mission.
Now that we’re all set on furniture, we’re focusing on growing our grassroots movement to elect more young people across the country. We’re still counting on your support, so will you split a donation between Leaders We Deserve and Southern Progress to help?
This fight isn’t just about this election cycle. It’s about changing the face of our government forever by electing young leaders who are capable of bringing sorely needed change that will last for generations. By splitting a donation between Leaders We Deserve and Southern Progress today, you’re investing in this movement for the long haul.
But in order for us to move the needle, this work depends on grassroots supporters like you. Whether it’s $5 or $50, every contribution counts.
Please consider splitting a donation between Leaders We Deserve and Southern Progress today to fund the hard work ahead of us (not to buy fancy office chairs).
More soon,
David Hogg

P.S. You might be wondering why I was wearing a suit moving furniture in 95F. The day we got to move in I had a meeting at the White House, so in the middle of my U-Hauling around D.C., I had to go to that meeting, and then continue moving our stuff up several stories. (I need to find a good dry cleaner in D.C.)
