John,

BREAKING: We just took on ANOTHER major case to defend your fundamental right to vote for the candidate of your choosing.

A lawsuit has been filed in Oklahoma to block former President Donald Trump from the ballot, declaring him "disqualified" from office for insurrection under the 14th Amendment.

The problem: Trump hasn't been convicted of anything. The 14th Amendment doesn't disqualify Trump or any other candidates from running if they haven't been found guilty of insurrection or rebellion.

We're now representing the Oklahoma Republican Party in court – just like we're representing the Colorado Republican Committee – against these insidious plots to interfere with the 2024 primary presidential election.

Yesterday a Colorado judge granted our motion to intervene. And now we'll be filing the same motion in Oklahoma.

There are over a dozen new disqualification lawsuits being filed across the country. And you can expect more to come.

This isn't about Donald Trump. We must fight tooth and nail to protect the integrity of our elections. If the Left gets away with this, the ramifications to future elections could be catastrophic.

We cannot afford to lose. Take action with us before it is too late.
