Greetings! 🌹 Interested in running for an SC elected position for the 2023-24 year? 🗳️
Elected positions available:
- Two (2) Co-Chairs
- One (1) Secretary
- One (1) Treasurer
- Four (4) Organizers
- One (1) Comms Director State your intention and complete the questionnaire by 10/02/23 at 11:59pm PT below.
Additionally, an optional Steering Committee Candidate Forum will take place on Saturday, October 7th via Zoom from 1-2pm. This will provide an opportunity to expand any of your responses in the questionnaire and answer any question from the General Membership. |

Submit a Convention Resolution(s)! |
|
Do you have an idea for a new socialist campaign that you feel the chapter should take on? Is there work that needs to be done that you don’t feel is being adequately addressed? Does an existing campaign need the attention of the chapter? Then you may want to bring forward a resolution at the Local Convention!
Resolutions should include clear action steps and materials required for implementation by the chapter. For example, if the resolution was for Sacramento DSA to endorse Bernie, an action step would include canvasses. Materials might include a printing budget, a texting tool, and access to email lists.
No hard deadline for Convention Resolutions, but a soft deadline of 10/09/2023 to ensure that it will be added to the Local Convention Packet.
