SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT: A new project from EMILYs List

One thing we can rely on while Senate Republicans scramble to change their anti-choice messaging? Democratic pro-choice women setting the record straight.

Sen. Mazie Hirono (HI): "The GOP's obsession with banning abortion nationwide is clear as can be, no matter how they spin it."

Sen. Patty Murray (WA): "Voters … understand that Democrats are fighting to restore reproductive freedom while Republicans are hell-bent on a national abortion ban."

Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester (DE): "Just voted against profoundly dangerous and misleading legislation that … seeks to criminalize abortion care. I'll always stand up for abortion rights."

Sen. Tammy Duckworth (IL): "Anyone cheering on a federal abortion ban doesn't know the first thing about what's best for women and their families."

Sen. Maria Cantwell (WA): "Republicans must be held accountable -- ask them a plain and simple question. Do you stand for a nationwide ban on abortion? If they do, then America does not stand with them."

Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (NV): "It's not hypothetical: abortion bans across this country are putting women's lives in danger."

We need senators who will hold dangerous anti-choice politicians accountable. Donate now to help protect our pro-choice Senate majority and hit our $75,000 Set the Record Straight Fund goal:
