dedication to public service makes her truly deserving of this
recognition.
Born and raised in New Brunswick,
Aileen's passion for creating positive change led her to pursue a
Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rider University. Her work as a student worker
for Rider University's Center for Diversity and Inclusion exemplifies
her commitment to fostering an inclusive campus environment. Equipped
with her skills, talents, and experiences, she has dedicated herself

Constituent Services and Field Representative for Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, where she had the
opportunity to directly impact the lives of constituents and advocate
for their needs. Now, she is the Campaign Coordinator at the Middlesex County Democratic Organization.

Inc., a non-profit organization that focuses on supporting BIPOC New
Brunswick high school and college students through college readiness
