Illinois is now the first state to eliminate cash bail as a condition for pretrial release. This comes during a time when crimes such as theft, robberies, and shootings are becoming more and more common in our state. Crime is a big, big problem. And no one in the Illinois Democratic Party is doing anything to stop it!
