EBay sues Amazon, alleging illegal seller recruitment
EBay filed a federal lawsuit last week accusing Amazon of violating federal racketeering law by directing workers to try to poach eBay sellers using eBay's messaging system. A separate suit over Amazon's alleged misuse of eBay's messaging system is in arbitration.
