Starting at 12:30 p.m. ET, join the livestream of the second Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit, and hear from global leaders and cutting-edge innovators stepping up to take on the climate crisis.

Prince William, founder of The Earthshot Prize, will attend the Innovation Summit alongside Mike, the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy on Climate Ambition and Solutions, and Global Advisor to the Winners of The Earthshot Prize. Other speakers include:

At 4:00 p.m., we're kicking off the Bloomberg Transition Finance Action Forum, where we'll bring together public and private sector leaders to discuss the critical need for accelerating climate investments around the world.

Speakers will include European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance and Co-Chair of GFANZ Mark Carney, Minister of Finance of Brazil Fernando Haddad, and many others:

Climate finance reached record levels in 2022 -- but it's still not growing fast enough to drive the clean energy expansion needed to meet the urgent challenges of the climate crisis. The Bloomberg Transition Finance Action Forum will explore the potential for removing barriers and unlocking financing for the development and deployment of innovative clean technology, and the economic, environmental, and health opportunities that will come with the clean energy transition and a net-zero global economy.
