Nottingham City Council is conducting a comprehensive Homelessness Needs Assessment in collaboration the Nottingham Homelessness Prevention and Rough Sleeping Strategic Implementation Group. Over the upcoming six months, the council will engage with stakeholders to identify homeless individuals and vulnerable groups, assess the scale of the issue in the city, evaluate current practices, and identify barriers and gaps. The finalized Homelessness Needs Assessment will be a key resource for shaping future the Homelessness Prevention and Rough Sleeping Strategy for the city. This survey has been specifically designed to gather informed opinions on homelessness. The data analysis of stakeholders? responses will enable more in-depth research into the demographics of people at risk of homelessness, the underlying causes, and potential strategies for prevention. Acquiring insights from all stakeholders is paramount to our understanding local needs, working collaboratively to achieve our shared objectives of preventing and reducing homelessness and rough sleeping.
