Heyyy John,

There are a number important PA elections coming up this year — and that’s
why I am so proud to endorse Nicolas O’Rourke and Councilmember Kendra
Brooks for Philadelphia City council this year.

The Philadelphia City Council has two seats reserved for a minority party,
which for decades meant Republicans controlled the seats. But in 2019, we
elected a Working Families Party candidate — Kendra Brooks — and now, in
2023, we have a chance to have Nicolas O’Rourke join her on the City
Council.

During our campaign last year, I toured West Philly businesses with Nic,
Kendra, and other local leaders. Now, a movement is coming together to get
them onto the City Council. With today as their filing deadline, I’m
reaching out to ask for your support.
