When repeatedly asked if he would sign a federal abortion ban at 15 weeks, Trump equivocated, "It could be state or it could be federal, I don't frankly care." It's true. Frankly, he doesn't care. What Trump DOES care about is using evangelical voters yet again to reclaim the White House in 2024. The man is utterly devoid of anything resembling actual values and is willing to use literally anyone to serve a singular purpose — advancing his own self-interest.
