Do you know where Davos is, John?
It ain’t in Arizona, that’s for sure.
If you’ve got a minute, let me explain why I’m bringing this up:
Senator Sinema went to Davos, Switzerland to speak to the World Economic Forum — an audience of the most powerful and wealthy people in the world. Her favorite kind of crowd.
She took the stage with Joe Manchin, and they congratulated each other for blocking filibuster reform and killing our best chance at passing voting rights legislation. They even high-fived over it.
It was a huge disappointment for all of us. You’ve been let down a lot over the past few years, and I’m sorry for that. Truly.
But we don’t have to sit back and take it. There’s something you can do, right now:
Chip in $3 to our campaign for Senate in Arizona.
If chipping in $3 meant we’d win this race, take this seat back from Sinema, and work to pass voting rights, abortion protections, and more, wouldn’t you give it right away?
