Kevin McCarthy calls for formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden

Speaker Kevin McCarthy just told Republicans that the House can “justify” an impeachment probe against President Biden.

Unsurprisingly, Senator Ted Cruz wasted no time in endorsing McCarthy’s plan:

Ted Cruz and hard-right Republicans aren’t interested in the truth. This is a continuation of the Big Lie that the 2020 election was stolen. These people are doing Donald Trump’s bidding and distracting from the everyday issues that Texans are facing.

John, Texans deserve a Senator who doesn’t waste time peddling debunked conspiracy theories. I will be a Senator who works hard to fix the problems we face.
