Sorry to bother you on a Saturday, John, but this is too important to wait.

I just finished calculating up all the money we raised for Rep. Lee during her critical mid-month campaign, and we fell short of our goal by just shy of $2,000.

I know that $2,000 may not seem like a lot – but in a race this tight, every single dollar counts. An extra $2,000 means more doors that we can knock on, more lawn signs we can buy and more gas we can put into our campaign bus. $2,000 is everything in this race, John.

So I have to ask: Will you donate any amount you can spare to help us close our $2,000 gap and send Barbara Lee to the Senate?
