Greetings!
This weekend, I will be attending the Bettye Davis Summit, named after the late Senator Bettye Davis.
Senator Davis’ values and leadership on education, healthcare, and those in need, not only in Alaska but throughout this country, continue to inspire me today. She taught me to follow my values no matter the political ramifications because, in the end, we always must do what is right, especially for those who are the most vulnerable.
