In a big win for free speech, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that the Biden Administration committed an unprecedented assault on your First Amendment rights.

We told you how Biden pressured social media platforms to censor conservatives and cover for his son Hunter. Now the appeals court has agreed with the arguments in our amicus brief and barred the Biden Administration from coercing Big Tech platforms to do his bidding.

We filed legal arguments in a case before Facebook's Oversight Board involving blocking a pro-life message. After review, the Board agreed with our filing and restored the pro-life post, as well as others.

Internationally, we are fighting for Christians in Ethiopia who are suffering horrendous persecution.

Innocent believers have been subjected to forced displacement and even bloody ethnic cleansing by violent militias, and the Ethiopian government has done little to stop it.

Our international affiliate filed an urgent written submission to the U.N. Human Rights Council highlighting the deadly violence and urging intervention to defend Christians.
