Field Organizers play a critical role in the Indiana Republican Party and the Eric Holcomb for Indiana field efforts, working to build the grassroots infrastructure for Republican success up and down the ballot in 2020. Field organizers recruit, train, and manage local neighborhood teams – leading the on-the-ground voter contact effort for their community.

Field Organizer Job Description:

• Gain first-hand experience in implementing a grassroots plan within your community
• Build infrastructure, recruit, train and manage local teams
• Preferred campaign experience, but not required
• May need to travel

Our political interns are also making a big difference – and gaining experience by getting an inside view of what it takes to run a statewide campaign.

Political Intern Job Description:

• Gain first-hand experience in implementing a grassroots plan including phone banks and door to door activites
• Manage candidate and campaign information
• Research for various projects
• May need to travel
