About the job
As a Fiscal Technician 3 (FT3) at the Department of Enterprise Services (DES), you will play a vital role in fulfilling our mission of strengthening the business of government for a sustainable and just future. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions related to accounts receivable, benefiting DES programs and Small Agency Financial Services (SAFS) agencies. By recording cash receipts into fiscal record keeping systems and maintaining precise documentation, you will enable program managers, vendors, and client agencies to make informed financial decisions. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will also serve as the key support resource for higher-level cash receipt transactions within the division, contributing to the overall success of our mission.
