Subject: It's time to end the Trump-McConnell era.
The 2020 campaign season is officially underway, friend. I'm not only focused on my own re-election campaign - I'm also working as hard as I can to help Democrats flip the Senate.
In November, we have the opportunity to defeat Donald Trump, but if we really want to end the Trump-McConnell era, then we'll also have to flip the Senate so our new Democratic president can get to work on Day One.
I have a front-row seat to the obstruction Mitch McConnell is causing in the Senate. He's blocking every attempt at progress -- from environmental protections and gun safety reforms to efforts to cut prescription drug costs. Important bills that would make a real difference for everyday Americans are trapped in Mitch McConnell's self-proclaimed legislative graveyard, so it's up to us to take back the Senate and get things done. Help me end the McConnell era by contributing $5 or whatever you can before our end-of-month deadline at midnight on Saturday.

There's no doubt 2020 is going to be a big year for Democrats. This is the year we can take back the White House, flip the Senate, and expand the House majority as long as folks like you pitch in whatever you can, whenever you can.
